Despoina Tzani is a journalist. She studied Communication and Media Studies at the University of Athens and Criminology at Panteion University. She is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Social Policy of the Democritus University of Thrace, with a research focus on organized crime. Formerly, she has worked on inside story, and her articles have been published on various Greek sites. Her great love is Criminology, so her research and journalistic interest focus on social and legal issues, approaching them with a critical perspective.
