Myriam Patrou was born in 1996 and is a reporter based in Athens, Greece. She studied Geology at the University of Patras, was an intern at the Biology Department at Lund University, in Sweden and later did her MSc in Investigative Journalism at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. She has worked as a photographer, production assistant and has written a short novel. In 2021 she participated in a cross border investigation by the Swedish television program Uppdrag Granskning for SVT, about the irregular and illegal adoptions from Chile to Sweden. She speaks English and German. She goes often to the cinema and occasionally writes movie reviews, literature and poetry. She loves writing about women, feminism and the environment.
